NOTE! TIP: If you are SURE that you have entered the correct name and password, but you still cannot access the system:

1) Check to make sure that your browser (usually Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer) is not configured so that it does not allow 'cookies'. If it is configured this way, this error can occur. Please check and correct it if necessary.
