Which Christmas song was banned in Boston by the Roman Catholic Church in 1952?

Answer:

I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus

"I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" was commissioned by Saks Fifth Avenue to go along with a postcard designed for a holiday giveaway. Everyone loved the song when it was released in 1952, except the Roman Catholic Church. When first released, Jimmy Boyd's record was banned in Boston by the Roman Catholic Church on the grounds it mixed sex with Christmas. Boyd made worldwide news when he went to Boston and met with the leaders of the Church to explain the song. The following Christmas, the ban was lifted.
